Bows, Bows, Bows

Bows, Bows, Bows

A fellow adopting mom has gernerously offered to do a bow fundraiser for Sophia's GOTCHA trip (yes I meant to yell that.  I seem to only find the the appropriate way to write GOTCHA when it is related to bringing my daughter home! LOL)  Priscilla made ALL the bows and has set up the auction on her Kenzi's Kraft Korner Facebook page.

Please click the link above and check out these darling bows and then share the link with your friends and families.  With all the holidays coming up who couldn't use a little something pretty for your 'do.  Some are even sassy enough for the over 5 crowd!

Stay tuned for GOTCHA day news!

The time has come

Hello everyone I am leaving in just a few days to meet the little girl (God willing) I will adopt.  I have so many emotions but excitement is right at the top.  It's been a long journey and thanks to so many who in so many ways have supported me in the quest of a child.  I am eternally grateful.

I will need to make 3 additional trips once I return and hopefully very quickly.  I still have approximately $17,000 to raise.  If I can get 1000 people to donate $17 I will meet that goal.  Although this site isn't tax deductible every donation counts.  If you would like to donate and need the tax deduction please message me and I will give you the address.  Otherwise you can use the chip in on the left.  I appreciate each and every donation big and small.  I also appreciate prayers and loving thoughts.  I would love to have you share my story too.

XOXO

Welcome

I want to welcome you all to my new fundraising blog.  As you most know I'm not good at keeping up with one blog but I am going to try to do better.  This blog as I said is for fundraising.  The first trip is quickly approaching (I don't have a date yet) but I did get my "golden ticket" yesterday.  So let the race for funds begin.  There is approximately $1470 in my FSP so  that means I need about $16600 for the first trip!
It is such a lot of money, you might be asking what is it all for... well here is what it is all for:

Foreign Program fees: $15,000 (1/2 needed for 1st trip $7500)
Agency Fees: $7000
Travel costs: $4,000 (give or take air, accomodations, food)
Total: $18,500 ish :D

I know I can't do but God can.  I am asking for all of you to say a little prayer for this journey.  If you are led to donate it is tax deductible through www.reecesrainbow.org/sponsormeier Every penny counts.  There are so many people who are on this journey with me and I am so glad to have you all here! God bless <3
